Taking Delivery

Please note that although most delivery drivers will help you in with your delivery, they are not obliged to.  We advise you to have two people on hand when you take delivery in order to take the boxes from the palette indoors.  As with all flat pack furniture, the boxes can be heavy.

Where a delivery date has been agreed with our carrier but the customer isn’t present to receive the delivery we reserve the right to charge the customer a minimum of £65 to cover part of the cost of the failed delivery.

UK Mainland Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 days by courier. The cost of Post and Packaging is about £100 but we are covering that at the moment. You will receive an email to confirm that your order has been dispatched.  Please contact us at should you have any queries.


In the event that you change your mind and cancel your order after the item you ordered has been dispatched or received then you shall bear the cost of returning the item to us before a refund will be issued.

Returns and Errors

Every effort is made to ensure that your goods arrive in perfect condition, however, in the event that any item should arrive in an unsatisfactory condition, the fault or damage should be reported immediately so that a replacement may be sent. Please report any faulty, missing or damaged items to

If the Buyer is dissatisfied with his purchase for any reason he may, within seven days of delivery, contact our customer service department to notify them that he wishes to return some or all items from his order. The Buyer can either arrange to return the goods himself to the Supplier at his own cost or he may ask the Seller to collect the goods in which case he will be charged £75 which will be deducted from his refund. Goods must be returned to the Seller in the same condition they were in at the time of delivery to the Buyer and in their original packaging or similar. Items which are not adequately packaged at time of collection may not be collected and a charge of £45 may be levied to cover cost of failed collection. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of goods and after we have inspected them for damage. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged.
